Bai Yefu studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and is an independent artist. He has served as the secretary of the China Ethnic Minority Culture and Economy Research Institute, the director of the China Ethnic Minority Culture and Art Foundation, the Contemporary Spiritual Art Research Institute of the China Cultural Heritage Conservation Research Institute, the director of the International (French) Artists Association, and the head of the "0" Ink Art Committee.
He has held 7 solo art exhibitions in China and abroad, participated in more than 30 group exhibitions, and published several collections of his personal artworks. His artworks and videos have been published in various art books, magazines, and online platforms. "Spiritual Ink" won the Excellence Award at the 2021 New World Art Expo/art EXPO network/U.S.A, and "Beautiful Woman Walking Scroll" won the Honor Gold Award at the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization Development Foundation's "World Art Federation Art Competition."
His artistic style runs parallel to both contemporary and traditional art. In the contemporary part, he uses ink and rice paper as the base material, integrating acrylic, oil paint, and mixed materials. Through the artistic perspective of contemporary people and the international artistic context and language, he strives to research, explore, and experiment with the relationship between faith, soul, and life, as well as the metaphors and revelations that reflect the ultimate value of the changing times. In the traditional part, he uses brush and ink, lines on rice paper as the foundation, and constructs through points, lines, and planes, using folk colors to reflect the transformation of Eastern art in the current era. His biography and works are included in the 2022 "Complete Collection of Contemporary Art."
